An online conversation with Stephen Doucet Campbell
of Shalem Mental Health Networks

Each of us responds in our own way to the stress and anxiety of the COVID-19 crisis. Please join us for this opportunity to learn practical ways to maintain our physical and mental well-being during these times.  Stephen Doucet Campbell, Psychotherapist at Shalem Mental Health in Hamilton, brings a wealth of relevant experience to this challenge.

Specific topics include:

1.   Becoming aware of your emotional responses in times of stress.

2.   Monitoring your body’s reaction to stress.

3.   Finding ways of maintaining mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

4.   Watching for red flags: Signs that it’s time to reach out for help.

A Question and Answer session will follow the presentation.

This session is offered as a free community service.  Please share this invitation freely.
